Psychodynamic Psychotherapy in Brighton

Much of our experience is shaped by processes that are not fully within conscious awareness. Thoughts, feelings, and patterns in relationships often have a history that is not immediately visible, yet continue to influence how we live in the present.

Psychodynamic psychotherapy offers a space to reflect on these underlying patterns over time. By attending to what may be difficult to articulate, or what emerges gradually in conversation, it becomes possible to arrive at a different understanding of oneself.

I am currently training in psychodynamic psychotherapy, working towards accreditation with the British Psychoanalytical Council. I am based in Brighton and am not yet offering private clinical work.
